The organically-grown Moso bamboo used grows back incredibly quickly for a renewable alternative to hard woods. The rich color of the board combined with its stainless steel handle make it an ideal way to serve delicious cheeses, crackers and other finger foods to guests. The bamboo construction is gentle on knives when the board is used for cutting too. When the serving is done, the board cleans easily with a light hand washing; do not soak or wash in the dishwasher.
